My professional philosophy is to create a true authentic connection with each client to understand how their past and present issues are creating barriers to living the life they want to lead and obtaining the future goals that they would like to achieve. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families; the objective is to discover what changes in perspectives, behaviors, and emotions will be most beneficial and then working together to ensure that these changes occur.

Below are just some of the the treatment modalities I have been trained in and I am continually engaging in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. At the core, however, I believe that the key to effective therapeutic work is a Person-Centered approach that focuses on a positive and collaborative relationship between a therapist and client.   • Initial Phone Consultation

    15 minutes // free

    An effective therapeutic relationship is based on having an authentic connection and the right fit between client and therapist. Let’s have a conversation about the services I provide, what you are seeking, and whether this is the may be the right situation for you to achieve your goals before you commit to a treatment.

  • New Client Intake / Evaluation

    90 minutes // $250

    After completing the intake paperwork through the online client portal, we will meet for an initial session that will go over your history, your reason for seeking treatment, goal setting, and building the therapeutic relationship, as well as answering any questions you may have about the process.

  • Individual Therapy

    60 minutes // $150

    Typical therapy sessions will last one hour which will provide the time to engage in the appropriate treatment modality, create action steps for time between sessions, and navigate any administrative needs. At times, options for longer or shorter sessions will be presented when clinically appropriate.

  • Couples / Family Therapy

    90 minutes // $200

    Engaging in therapy with multiple individuals becomes more complex and requires additional time to ensure the best therapeutic support. It is essential that all parties have the time and space to communicate and process their emotions. These sessions are 90 minutes to provide the opportunity to ensure the highest level of care,

  • Case Collaboration / Support/Management

    Billed in 10 minute increments at $150/hour

    When necessary collaboration between myself and other agencies or supports can be arranged. Whether connecting in person, via phone, or providing appropriate documentation, the time spent may be billed in small increments to most accurately represent the time spent on the task by this provider.
