My Theory of Performance Excellence is that athletes and individuals need to continually develop Mental Strength that enhances their Well-Being, Drive, and Resilience.  I work to create an authentic and collaborative relationship to best understand what aspects of Mental Training will allow my client to reach their performance and career goals.  Applying the most effective and efficient mental framework in every situation will lead to maximizing your performance outputs and overall success in your field

Mental Performance and Excellence requires building your ability to identify and apply the thinking, focus, and emotional regulation techniques that allow you to consistently perform at your peak ability.  Combining my decades of clinical experience, my knowledge and education in Applied Sports Psychology, and my experience in both athletic and corporate settings; I can effectively coach clients to build their mental skills, strategies, and approaches as it applies to their individual goals. This is a collaborative and process-centered approach that leads to increased Well-Being, Drive, and Resilience; which creates increased consistency and quality of outcomes in sports, performance, and professional settings.

  • Initial Phone Consultation

    15 minutes // free

    An effective coaching relationship is built upon having an authentic connection and the right fit. Let’s start by discussing what you are trying to achieve, what I can provide, what the process looks like, and whether this seems like the right situation for you to build your mental strength.

  • New Client Intake / Evaluation

    90 minutes // $250

    After getting you set up in the system, we will start with an assessment focused on understanding your strengths, your goals for engaging in mental performance coaching, building a plan, answering any questions you may have about the process, and getting started with actionable steps towards growth.

  • Individual Coaching Sessions

    60 minutes // $150

    Typical coaching sessions last one hour; allowing for reviewing the progress and issues in recent experiences, processing performances, developing and building individualized skills and approaches, and creating next steps moving forward towards future training and performance opportunities

  • Team/Group Coaching

    $200/hour with $50/hour preparation time, Customizable

    Teams or Organizations may want to work on Mental Strength together or have a presentation around specific topics in Mental Performance.  I can develop a program to help a group on an ongoing basis or provide coaching in presentation formats; which can help the group build their mental strength or knowledge of the topic.  I will adapt my approach to meet the identified needs or goals of the team or organization. 

  • In-Person Coaching for Competitions/Training

    Customizable Cost Structure

    As with any coaching, mental performance coaching can be very effectively delievered when provided during training sessions, in the heat of competition, or on the road traveling to tournaments and races.  Delivering feedback and working on skills in the moment, can allow for immediate application, impact, and improvement.
